This card would benefit a deck that focuses on graveyard interactions or wants quick access to key cards. Decks that utilize self-mill strategies or have ways to benefit from cards being in the graveyard would find Moonlight Bargain useful. However, there are better options like Fact or Fiction that provide card advantage without the life loss condition, making them more universally playable in a wider range of decks.
