This card, Mountain Sojourners, would be beneficial in a deck focused on building a strong board presence with multiple supported allies, such as a Targon Demacia support deck. While it can provide significant stat boosts to multiple allies in succession, its high cost of 5 lor-targon may make it less efficient compared to other cards like Golden Aegis, which grants Challenger and creates a copy of the supported ally. However, Mountain Sojourners could still see play in decks looking to capitalize on multiple support triggers for a snowball effect on the board.
