This Warlord's Axe card would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck that focuses on dealing quick damage to the opponent. While the +3/+1 boost can help increase the power of your creatures and push for more damage, there are better options like Embercleave which provides a bigger power boost and additional abilities. However, Warlord's Axe could still see play in budget decks or in decks looking for additional equipment synergies.
