Whisper Agent, Creature — human rogue, designed by Deruchenko Alexander first released in Oct, 2018 in the set Guilds of Ravnica and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Whisper Agent would be a valuable addition to a Dimir (Blue/Black) control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides card advantage through surveil and can be played at instant speed with flash, allowing for surprise plays and disrupting opponents' strategies. While there may be other cards with similar effects, Whisper Agent's versatility and efficiency make it a strong contender for inclusion in decks focused on card selection and tempo advantage. It should definitely see play in decks looking to control the board and outmaneuver opponents.
