AI: Dashing Dandy would be a great addition to an aggressive Noxus deck that focuses on plunder effects and overwhelming the opponent with high attack units. While Dashing Dandy's ability to gain +3|+0 on plunder is strong, there may be better options like Legion Saboteur or Imperial Demolitionist which provide immediate value without the need for plunder conditions. However, Dashing Dandy could still see play in decks looking to capitalize on plunder effects and push for quick damage in the early game.
