Fabrication Module, Artifact, designed by Aaron Miller first released in May, 2020 in the set Kaladesh and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Fabrication Module would be a great addition to a deck focused on generating and utilizing energy counters, such as a Green/Blue energy deck in Magic: the Gathering. While it provides a steady source of energy and boosts creatures with +1/+1 counters, there are better options like Aether Hub or Glimmer of Genius for energy generation and Longtusk Cub or Bristling Hydra for creature buffing. Overall, Fabrication Module could see play in a casual energy-themed deck, but competitive decks may opt for more efficient energy cards.

Energy counters are a kind of counter that a player may have. They’re not associated with specific permanents. (Other kinds of counters that players may have include poison and experience.)

If an effect says you get one or more , you get that many energy counters. To pay one or more , you lose that many energy counters. Any effects that interact with counters a player gets, has, or loses can interact with energy counters.

If you get multiple at once, you only put one +1/+1 counter on a creature, not one counter for each . If you get multiple at different times, Fabrication Module’s ability triggers once each time.
