Decks that rely on hand buffing strategies, such as Demacia or Freljord, would find Trap Chime useful for its low cost and potential to increase the stats of key units. While there may be more powerful hand buff cards available, such as Laurent Bladekeeper or Omen Hawk, Trap Chime could still see play in decks looking to maximize the buff potential of their hand.
