Bouncer & Bolt would be a great addition to a Lor-Bandle City deck focused on control and removal, as its Challenger ability allows you to pick off key enemy units, while Impact provides additional damage. However, for a more aggressive deck, cards like Puffcap Peddler or Professor von Yipp may be more effective in pushing for early game pressure. Overall, Bouncer & Bolt can be a strong choice in certain decks, but its effectiveness will depend on the specific strategy and playstyle of the deck it is included in.
