Blizzard Strix would be a great addition to a snow-themed control deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing instant removal and a flying threat. While it offers versatility and synergy with other snow permanents, more competitive options like Teferi, Time Raveler or Cryptic Command might be preferred for their broader utility and impact on the game. However, Blizzard Strix could still see play in a more niche snow-focused strategy that values its unique abilities.
