Fallen Rider, Unit, designed by Kudos Productions first released in Aug, 2021 in the set Beyond the Bandlewood.

This card would benefit a discard-focused Noxus deck in Legends of Runeterra, as it provides value when discarded by creating a Risen Rider in hand. While Fallen Rider can be a decent addition to such a deck, there are potentially better options like Draven or Jinx that offer more immediate impact and synergy with discard mechanics.
