This card, Lux final level, would benefit a control deck that focuses on playing a high number of spells to trigger its ability and generate Final Sparks for extra value. While Lux can be a powerful finisher in such a deck, other cards like Karma or Heimerdinger may offer more consistent value and impact on the board. However, if the deck is built around spell synergy and has enough mana to consistently trigger Lux's ability, she could definitely see play as a strong win condition.
