Ichor could be beneficial in a control-oriented Noxus deck that focuses on attrition and disrupting the opponent's strategy. Its ability to apply consistent pressure to the opponent's Nexus can be valuable in wearing them down over time. However, there may be better options available depending on the specific strategy of the deck, such as Imperial Demolitionist for direct Nexus damage or Ravenous Flock for removal. Ultimately, whether Ichor sees play would depend on the overall synergy and game plan of the deck it is included in.
