The Subpurrsible card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on drawing cards and playing a high volume of new cards quickly to activate its bonus effect. Decks that prioritize card draw and low-cost cards would work well with Subpurrsible, as it can become a powerful elusive unit with the +4|+0 bonus. However, there may be better cards in certain situations depending on the deck's strategy and synergy, such as Chempunk Shredder for removal or Plaza Guardian for a more versatile late-game threat.
