AI: The Basilisk Rider card would be beneficial in an aggressive Noxus deck that focuses on overwhelming the opponent with strong, buffed units. While the Allegiance effect can make it a powerful threat, other cards like Kato The Arm or Darius might be better choices for a similar deck due to their stronger stats and effects. However, Basilisk Rider could still see play in decks looking for additional Overwhelm units to apply pressure on the opponent.
