Mihira, Aspect of Justice would greatly benefit a midrange or control deck that focuses on buffing allies and maintaining board presence. While Mihira's ability to grant +1|+1 to allies in play and in hand can be powerful for snowballing advantages, there may be better options for a 5-cost unit with more immediate impact or synergy with specific strategies. However, in decks that can reliably reach Empowered 5 to gain Elusive, Lifesteal, and Overwhelm, Mihira could be a strong finisher and worth considering for play.
