Scrap Scuttler, Unit, designed by SIXMOREVODKA first released in May, 2020 in the set Foundations.
Scrap Scuttler would be beneficial in an aggressive Piltover & Zaun deck that focuses on early game board control and chip damage, as its cheap cost and decent stats make it a good early game play. However, there are better options like Boomcrew Rookie or Zaunite Urchin that provide more value and impact in the early game, so Scrap Scuttler might not see much play in competitive decks unless the strategy specifically calls for its inclusion.
