AI: Risen Rider would be a great addition to an aggressive Noxus deck that focuses on early game board control and pressure. Its Fearsome keyword makes it difficult for opponents to block, allowing for efficient trades and pushing damage through. While there may be other strong 2-cost units in Noxus like Legion Saboteur, Risen Rider's Fearsome ability can make it a more threatening option in certain matchups, especially against decks with weaker early game defenses.
