Kalista, Champion, designed by SIXMOREVODKA first released in Dec, 2022 in the set Foundations.
Kalista would be a great addition to a Shadow Isles deck focused on sacrificing allies and generating value from their deaths, especially in a deck that can reliably trigger her level-up condition. While she can be powerful in the right deck, there may be better options depending on the specific strategy you're aiming for, such as Hecarim for a more aggressive approach or Thresh for a control-oriented deck. Ultimately, Kalista's effectiveness will depend on the overall synergy and game plan of the deck, so she could definitely see play in the right context.
