Over Glorious Evolution
This card would be most beneficial in a Piltover & Zaun deck focused on creating a wide board presence quickly, utilizing low-cost Tech cards to overwhelm opponents. However, due to its high cost and slow speed, it may not be the most efficient choice for competitive play compared to other win conditions or board control tools available in the game.
