Een kaartspel dat zowel groene als witte mana vereist, zou baat hebben bij het gebruik van Brushland, omdat het flexibiliteit biedt bij de manaproductie ten koste van het toebrengen van schade aan de speler. Er zijn echter betere dubbele landen beschikbaar, zoals Temple Garden, die onaangeboord het slagveld betreedt en geen schade aanricht. Brushland zou spel kunnen zien in budgetdecks of in decks die extra manafixing vereisen, maar het is misschien niet de optimale keuze in meer competitieve of geoptimaliseerde decks.
