About Foxfire Oak
Foxfire Oak, Creature — treefolk shaman, designed by Dave Kendall first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor.
Foxfire Oak would be a great addition to a red-green aggressive deck looking to pump up its creatures for quick damage. However, for a similar mana cost, cards like Ghor-Clan Rampager or Atarka's Command offer more versatile and impactful abilities, making them better choices for competitive play. While Foxfire Oak has potential in a casual setting, it may not see much play in more competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
