A deck that focuses on dealing direct damage or controlling the board would benefit from including Pitchburn Devils, as it provides a solid threat that can potentially deal additional damage upon death. While Pitchburn Devils can be a decent inclusion in certain aggressive or burn-focused decks, there are better options available such as Thundermaw Hellkite or Stormbreath Dragon which offer more immediate impact or evasion. Whether Pitchburn Devils should see play ultimately depends on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck it's being considered for.
