This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on +1/+1 counters or artifacts, as it provides flexibility in boosting creatures or artifacts. However, in a competitive setting, there are likely better options available such as Arcbound Ravager or Steel Overseer for artifact decks, or Hardened Scales for +1/+1 counter strategies. Power Conduit may not see play in highly optimized decks, but could still be fun and effective in more casual or themed decks.
