Thrall Bulwark would be a great addition to a Freljord deck that focuses on spell-heavy strategies, as it provides protection against self-damaging spells. However, in a more aggressive deck that relies on dealing damage to enemies with spells, Thrall Bulwark might not be as effective. An alternative card to consider would be Tarkaz the Tribeless, which offers a similar effect but with the added benefit of being able to deal damage to enemies. Ultimately, whether or not Thrall Bulwark should see play depends on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck it is being considered for.
