The Azorius Locket would benefit control or midrange decks in Magic: the Gathering that focus on card advantage and mana fixing. While it provides the flexibility of producing white or blue mana and can draw two cards for a cost, there are better options like Azorius Signet or Azorius Keyrune that provide immediate mana acceleration without the need to sacrifice the artifact. However, in a slower, more grindy game, the Locket could see play as a budget option for card draw in Azorius-colored decks.
