This card, Blighted Caretaker, would be beneficial in a Shadow Isles deck focused on sacrificing units for value, such as a Sacrifice or Aggro deck. It can generate additional board presence by summoning 2 Saplings when an ally is sacrificed, providing a way to flood the board and apply pressure. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects or better value, Blighted Caretaker can still be a strong inclusion in decks looking to capitalize on sacrificing units for strategic advantage.
