Insider Knowledge can be beneficial in a deck that focuses on card draw and maintaining hand advantage, such as a control or combo deck. While it provides card draw for both players, it can be particularly useful for decks that can capitalize on the extra cards drawn quickly. However, there are potentially better cards for card draw in Legends of Runeterra, such as Progress Day! which draws 3 cards and reduces their cost, making it more efficient in the long run.
