This card, Nukkle, would be beneficial in a tempo-oriented Bilgewater deck that focuses on early aggression and maintaining board presence. The Elusive keyword and the ability to generate a Fleeting Mako provide great value for pushing damage and maintaining hand advantage. While there may be other strong options depending on the specific deck archetype, Nukkle's ability to generate additional resources and apply pressure early in the game makes it a solid choice for inclusion in such a deck.
