A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and benefits from buffing allies would benefit from using Spinning Axe in Legends of Runeterra. While Spinning Axe can be a useful burst spell to enhance an ally's attack power, there are potentially better cards like Brothers' Bond or Elixir of Wrath that provide similar effects with more versatility. However, Spinning Axe could still see play in decks that rely on quick and efficient buffs to push for early game advantages.
