This card, Scrapshot, would be beneficial in a Bilgewater deck focused on a Toss strategy, aiming to quickly fill the graveyard for powerful effects. While it provides a strong removal option, its high cost may limit its effectiveness compared to other removal cards like Riptide Rex or The Ruination. However, in a deck specifically built around maximizing Toss synergy, Scrapshot could still find a place as a situational removal tool.
