A deck that benefits from quick card draw and aggressive playstyles, such as a burn or aggro deck, would find Reckless Research useful for cycling through cards and dealing damage to an enemy. However, there are better cards like Get Excited! which deal 3 damage and discard a card for 2 mana, making it more efficient. Reckless Research could see play in specific decks looking for additional card draw and damage, but overall, there are more efficient options available.
