This Poison Dart card would be beneficial in a Teemo-focused deck in Legends of Runeterra, as it synergizes well with his Poison Puffcap mechanic. While it can be a useful tool for adding more Puffcaps to the enemy deck and applying pressure, there are better options like Mystic Shot or Get Excited! for direct damage and removal. However, for a deck centered around Puffcaps and chip damage, Poison Dart could still see play as a situational card.
