Celestial Purge, Instant, designed by Nils Hamm first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 7 different ways.
This card, Celestial Purge, would be beneficial in a white control deck facing off against black or red decks, as it provides a cheap and efficient way to exile problematic permanents of those colors. While there may be other cards with similar effects like Anguished Unmaking or Detention Sphere, Celestial Purge's low mana cost makes it a strong contender for inclusion in decks looking to deal with black or red threats efficiently. It should definitely see play in sideboards or main decks of white control decks in a metagame where black and red permanents are prevalent.

Lands are colorless (even if their frames have some colored elements to them). You can’t target a Swamp, a Mountain, or any other land with Celestial Purge (unless some other effect has turned that land black or red).
