Rising Spell Force, Spell burst, designed by Original Force first released in May, 2020 in the set Foundations.
This card, Rising Spell Force, would be beneficial in an aggressive Piltover & Zaun deck that focuses on quick, high-damage plays. While it can provide a significant boost to an ally's attack power and grant them Quick Attack for the round, there are potentially better options like Mystic Shot or Get Excited! that offer more versatile utility in a wider range of situations. However, if the deck is looking to close out games quickly and capitalize on burst damage, Rising Spell Force could certainly see play in the right strategy.
