This card would be beneficial in a deck focused on generating value through discarding cards and summoning Mecha Yordles. While Arena Promoter offers a unique ability to reduce the cost of Mecha Yordle, it may not be as efficient as other cards that provide similar effects in the Legends of Runeterra universe. However, if the deck is built around Mecha Yordles and card manipulation, Arena Promoter could find a place in the strategy.
