About Overrun
Overrun, Sorcery, designed by Jeff Miracola first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 24 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck that focuses on aggressive creature strategies, such as a green stompy deck or a ramp deck looking to close out games quickly, would benefit from using Overrun. While Overrun can be a powerful finisher, there are other cards like Craterhoof Behemoth that provide a similar effect but on a larger scale, making them potentially better options for certain decks. However, Overrun can still be a solid inclusion in decks looking to go wide with creatures and push through damage quickly, so it could see play in the right context.
