This card would be beneficial in an aggressive Noxus deck that focuses on summoning multiple low-cost allies quickly to overwhelm the opponent. While Crimson Bloodletter can provide a temporary boost in power, it may not be as efficient as other cards like Legion Rearguard or Legion Saboteur, which offer consistent damage output without the drawback of self-damage. However, in the right deck, Crimson Bloodletter could still see play as a situational card for surprise burst damage or to trade up in combat.
