Zombify would be beneficial in a reanimator deck that focuses on bringing powerful creatures back from the graveyard to the battlefield quickly. While Zombify is a decent option for this strategy, there are better cards like Reanimate or Animate Dead that offer similar effects at a lower mana cost, making them more efficient choices for competitive play. However, Zombify could still see play in more casual or budget decks where those other cards may not be available.
