This card, Smash & Dash, would benefit an aggressive Lor-Bandle City deck focused on quick damage and board control. While it can be a solid addition for its Impact ability, there are potentially better cards like Puffcap Peddler or Chempunk Shredder that offer more consistent value in such a deck. However, if the strategy is centered around maximizing Impact effects, then Smash & Dash could certainly see play as a situational card for burst damage potential.
