Claws Out, Instant, designed by Warren Mahy first released in Oct, 2024 in the set Foundations.
A deck that focuses on Cat tribal synergies would benefit most from playing Claws Out, as it becomes more efficient the more Cats you control. However, a similar card like Collective Blessing, which gives all creatures you control +3/+3 without the Cat restriction, may be more versatile in a wider range of decks. Claws Out could see play in a dedicated Cat tribal deck, but other options may be more universally useful in different strategies.
