About Intrepid Hero
Intrepid Hero, Creature — human soldier, designed by Brian Snõddy first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
Intrepid Hero could be a valuable addition to a white control deck that aims to deal with high-power threats efficiently. While it offers a targeted removal option, there are potentially better cards like Banishing Light or Swords to Plowshares that provide more versatile removal options. However, Intrepid Hero could still see play in certain metas where it excels at dealing with specific threats, making it a situational but potentially useful card in the right deck.
Rules
10/04/04
The power of the creature is checked on activation and on resolution. If the targeted creature’s power is not 4 or greater on resolution, the ability doesn’t resolve.
