About Jace's Phantasm
Jace's Phantasm, Creature — illusion, designed by Johann Bodin first released in Jul, 2012 in the set Magic 2013 and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
A mill deck would benefit greatly from using Jace's Phantasm, as it can quickly become a powerful threat with its ability to grow based on the opponent's graveyard size. However, there are better cards for this strategy such as Hedron Crab or Archive Trap, which can mill multiple cards at once. While Jace's Phantasm can be a strong addition to a mill deck, it may not be a top priority card to include in the deck due to its reliance on the opponent's graveyard size.
Rules
11/17/17
In a multiplayer game, a single opponent must have ten or more cards in their graveyard for the bonus to apply, although this opponent may change over the course of the game. You don’t have to pick a single opponent; the ability will monitor each opponent’s graveyard.
11/17/17
The last ability of Jace’s Phantasm constantly monitors each opponent’s graveyard to see if the bonus applies. If the stated condition becomes no longer true, the bonus immediately stops applying.
