Temporal Manipulation is a powerful card that would greatly benefit control decks in Magic: the Gathering, allowing them to gain an extra turn to further solidify their board position and disrupt their opponent's plans. While it is a strong card, there are arguably better options such as Time Warp or Nexus of Fate, which offer similar effects but with additional benefits like card draw or recursion. Whether or not Temporal Manipulation should see play ultimately depends on the specific strategy and playstyle of the deck in question.
