Introduction
Recently, in our latest "Dev Snapshot" mid-year update video for 2023, we got remarkable news! Some old Event Pass cosmetics will be able to return to the game through personal shops. This type of shop is an old League tradition and can come to Runeterra with style.
For that reason, I looked up some old event pass cosmetics which were praised by the community, and which many people might not have access to if they started playing late, or if they just didn't complete the passes.

Spirit Blossom Cosmetics
Spirit Blossom was the first Event Pass in LoR. This event brought one of the coolest themes to the game so far, exploring the mythology of the "akana" and the "kainmei", spirits which roam around Runeterra during the period when the door to the other world is open to the world of the living.
This event brought in its Event Pass one of the most used Emotes of all time, "Swoon", which, despite being a free reward in the pass, isn't accessible to many players who have started playing the game after this event was over.
Another cosmetic item which was well-received by the community was "Festival Kitt", a guardian with one of the cutest animations in the whole game.
Many new players didn't get the chance to claim these cosmetics, and, as a result, they ended up lost in time, despite being very popular three years ago.
Puffcap Pup
In September 2021, we had the Event Pass "Beyond the Bandlewood", which brought us one of the most interactive boards in the whole game, full of hidden spots to interact with and secrets to discover.
This pass had a focus on Puffcap Pup cosmetics, Teemo's dog - which was represented as a guardian, and also got its very own beautiful cardback.
Puffcap Pup's cardback and guardian were Premium rewards in the event, and, as much as Runeterra was growing exponentially in player numbers at the time, not everyone had the opportunity to buy this pass.
These cosmetics are quite special to the community, as they really match the theme of any deck that brings Bandle City. Just use everything in Puffcap Pup's cosmetic kit, and you'll be set to play any list with this region.
Star Guardians
By far, the Star Guardian event was the one which brought us the most elaborate and carefully crafted cosmetic items. Kai'Sa's legendary skin, and the Star Guardian board are until now one of the best cosmetic items made in the entire game, but they aren't Legacy items. The Star Guardian Event Pass brought a Legacy guardian, which, for me, is one of the best of all time, "Ina".

This guardian really matches many boards, such as the ones from the Spirit Blossom event, Club Ox, KDA, Ashe's Vastayan Glade, and every board which has red, pink or purple hues. And that is why I think it is the most versatile guardian in the entire game, and, unfortunately, it is Legacy content, which means not everyone had access to it, and it would be great to see it appear again in personal shops.
Other Legacy items in that Event Pass were the Gwen-themed cosmetics, which are extremely popular, particularly in the Runeterra community. I don't know why so many people like this champion recently, as even TFT got a chibi version of her as well.
Signed KDA Cards
These cosmetic items are one of the coolest in the game from the collectible point of view, and everyone would like to have a card of their favorite card signed by them.
In the KDA Event Pass, in November 2020, you'd get the cardbacks from each of the band's members, but the very last reward in the whole pass were 5 cardbacks signed by them.
Not all players can complete the pass, as many don't have time to play all day, and that is why, at the time, many players didn't get the signed cardbacks.
It would be wonderful to have access to them again in your Legacy shop; these cardbacks are until now one of the most Premium items in the game.
Final Boss Veigar
Lastly, the coolest Legacy item of all time is Final Boss Veigar. This skin was the last reward in the February 2022 Event Pass. Despite this skin having no animation, nor specific artworks for the card's support cards, the way you could claim this skin was the coolest thing: you had to win against Veigar in a Runeterra match.
The Arcade event was one of the most well-done events in LoR, and, after that, we didn't have anything close to it. Being able to battle for Legacy skins is very fun, and it certainly marked player's memories.
Final Words
If you've read this far, you're probably as excited as I am about your personal Legacy shop!
