Trueshot Barrage would be beneficial in a control or midrange deck that focuses on board control and chip damage to the enemy Nexus. While it offers decent value for its cost, there are potentially better options like Mystic Shot or Get Excited! for more targeted removal or burst damage. However, Trueshot Barrage could still see play in decks looking to spread damage across multiple targets or in a Piltover & Zaun-focused deck for thematic and strategic reasons.
