A deck that focuses on high-cost Celestial cards and has the ability to generate a lot of mana would benefit most from including Living Legends in their strategy. While Living Legends can provide a burst of powerful Celestial cards and refill mana, it may be situational and risky due to the randomness of the cards drawn. Other cards like The Great Beyond or The Infinite Mindsplitter could be considered better options for more consistent and impactful plays, but Living Legends could still see play in certain control or late-game oriented decks for its potential to swing the game in your favor with a big Celestial hand refill.
