A control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's board presence and slow down aggressive strategies would benefit from including Aetherspouts in their deck. While Aetherspouts can be effective in certain situations, there are more efficient options like Cyclonic Rift that provide a similar effect at a lower cost and with more flexibility. Aetherspouts could see play in specific metagames where its ability to disrupt attacking creatures is particularly valuable, but overall, there are better options available for control decks.

The owner of each attacking creature chooses whether to put it on the top or bottom of their library. The active player (the player whose turn it is) makes all of their choices first, followed by each other player in turn order.
